Problem
The company wanted to explore how a broad wellness concept could become a clear, connected product experience across symptom history, personalized recommendations, practitioner discovery, scheduling, and a future AI-assisted assessment flow. The main challenge was turning a wide set of ideas into something users could understand and move through naturally.
Primary audience
Consumers interested in naturopathic and alternative approaches to personal wellness.
Constraints
The concept was driven by stakeholder direction rather than formal user research, and the project was paused before prototyping or development when the company shifted focus to another product. Because of that, the work represents an early product direction rather than a validated or production-ready solution.
Validation
The project did not reach usability testing, technical review, or end-user validation. The screens document a proposed product direction based on stakeholder requirements and should not be treated as evidence of product-market fit or clinical effectiveness.
Outcome
The high-fidelity concept turned a broad wellness idea into a more tangible and structured cross-platform product direction. It gave stakeholders a clearer view of how the different parts of the experience could work together before further investment in prototyping or development.
My contribution
I translated stakeholder ideas into structured user flows and high-fidelity product concepts for both mobile and web. I defined how key parts of the experience could connect, including symptom history, recommendations, practitioner access, scheduling, and the proposed assessment flow. I also extended the product direction into a marketing website so the visual language felt consistent across the broader experience.
